A couple years ago, my wife got into a recycling frenzy.  Not a bad thing, although the toilet paper got a little rough.  The worst thing was probably the worm composter in our garage, which had a tendency to overflow with nasty brown liquid — perfect for our garden, but our dog liked to roll in it before jumping into our bed for the evening.  Yum.  Needless to say, we’ve started looking for new ways to recycle.

Fortunately, there’s always some innovator out there who is eager to transform the mundane into the exotic, and sure enough, while clicking through webecoist.com, I found 10 examples of trash turned art form.  They range from the incredibly pragmatic such as converting a Boeing 747 into a hostel or using Heineken bottles to build a Buddhist temple to the more artful such as fashioning dresses out of coffee filters.
